Bleu stands at the very entrance of Protaras with exquisite unobstructed views towards the sea. The architecture itself with its modern design will bring a whole new aesthetic to the area. Flexible living and dining spaces exposed towards the sea, high bedroom ceilings with “floating” roofs, and kiosk like balconies will all contribute into making this project one of its kind. Attention was given to the intergration of the residences with the topology of the site so as to allow views not only of the sea but also of the surrounding rugged landscape and stone out cropping characteristic of the original natural environment of Protaras.
